Bedford Harriers sessions typically run on a Monday and Wednesday evening, with additional sessions on Fridays and Saturdays. All sessions listed below are coached by certified coaches.

Saturday Early Birds Training Runs Saturday
off-road, morning trail runs. Distances vary throughout the year but
typically are between 8 and 12 miles, depending on the elevation and if
the group is training for an event. All runners in the club are welcome,
